Some of my earliest memories are of watching my sister paint, initiating me into the fine art world. While I didn’t pick up a paint brush until much later in life, those memories instilled in me a love for fine art.

After retiring from the US Air Force, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Terrified at first, I decided I was going to fight every step of the way. I finished college, traveled to Italy, and threw myself into the watercolor genre, taking inspiration from the beauty of nature.

I try to find the positives about MS, even though it is progressing. It’s given me incredible patience and a calmness that radiates in all aspects of my life. I have been paired with an amazing service dog, Splash, from America’s Vetdogs, an incredible organization that provides service dogs to disabled veterans and first responders free of charge. A portion of each sale will be donated to VetDogs.org.
